Shipping policy

DELIVERY TO THE REGION OF MALTA.

Delivery is carried out by courier or one of our representatives. Your order will be delivered by one of our representatives or a courier or you can pick it up from our store during opening hours. You can choose this option at checkout. When delivery is carried out by one of our representatives or courier, please make sure someone is at home to receive the order. If we receive instructions to leave your order at your doorstep we will deliver the order as instructed and the order will be taken as delivered and received by yourself. If instructions are given, verbally or written, to leave items at your doorstep, no claims will be accepted for missing items and we are not held responsible for orders which are stolen, missing, or not found at the residence address you provided during your order. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEM FOR DAMAGES WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. NO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOURS HAVE ELAPSED FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED. Please refer to our 'refund policy'.

These terms and conditions apply to ALL orders delivered by us or any of our couriers.

DELIVERY TO ANY OTHER REGION

Delivery is carried out by registered post or courier. Your order will be packed and sent for delivery within 48 hours from when we receive the payment for your order. Your order will be sent by registered mail and should take between 10-15days to arrive. We will provide you with a tracking number and you can check the status of your order. Should your order not arrive to you during that time, and before contacting us, please first check with your local post using your tracking number. If you still cannot track your item please send an email to info@bboxmalta.com including your details, order number and tracking number. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ITEM FOR DAMAGES WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. NO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 24 HOURS HAVE ELAPSED FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED. 

RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to bboxmalta, 90, Triq Parades, St. Paul's Bay SPB 3433, Malta.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure you return the item by registered mail and inform us with a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure the item arrives at us. We are not responsible for items lost in the post or otherwise during delivery back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
